Obama’s Audacity of Ignorance
Michelle Obama continues to publicly display her contempt for America and the opportunities offered her. The New Yorker ran a profile of “the other Obama” and it is very revealing:
Obama begins with a broad assessment of life in America in 2008, and life is not good: we’re a divided country, we’re a country that is “just downright mean,” we are “guided by fear,” we’re a nation of cynics, sloths, and complacents. “We have become a nation of struggling folks who are barely making it every day,” she said, as heads bobbed in the pews. “Folks are just jammed up, and it’s gotten worse over my lifetime. And, doggone it, I’m young. Forty-four!”
Aside from just being “downright mean”, Michelle Obama goes on to complain about disappearing pensions, expensive colleges, poor public education, and lack of health care. “Let me tell you, don’t get sick in America!” she exclaimed.
The surest way for Americans to get sick would be to listen to the words of the wannabe first lady as she portrays herself as the second coming of Jimmy Carter. Only in America could an African American woman graduate from an ivy league college, earn a six figure income, be married to a Unites States Senator, and have the potential to live in the White House, find complaints with her country. For Michelle Obama to insist that our Country does not provide opportunities for all of its citizens would indicate that her successes in life were granted to her, and not earned.
Barack Obama, not to be outdone by his anti-American wife had this to say yesterday:
And if that child should ever get the chance to travel the world and someone should ask her where is she from, we believe that she should always be able to hold her head high with pride in her voice when she answers, “I am an American.”
That is the course we seek. That is the change we are calling for. You can call it many things, but you can’t call it empty.
Is Obama implying that change is necessary in order for our children to feel proud to bean American?

Again…Charles….Charles …Charles. She is not un American. Yes, she has been afforded certain opportunities but their was a struggle getting there. You have to have been denied certain rights… But of course this has not occured with you. Even if your educated and make a good income. You still left out of main stream society and that is what she is eluding too. But you would not understand….
hey editor,…IM not anti-obama,..but his wife has a point. shes not calling america opportunity-less,…shes commenting on the laziness and bitterness. Its hard to get somewhere today is true too. where have you been man…….(of course obama will take those votes from those lazy, bitter voters that have nothing to do all day but go to the poles that have no idea who to vote for other than “hey,..its a black candidate!!!” talk about granted opportunities and not earned) if im off here,..re: me
