Typical Liberal Showing ‘Support’ For The Troops
Ted Rall whom I must confess i have never heard of before, has printed a cartoon this week which can in no way be described as anything but insulting to American soldiers.

I decided to try and find out a little more about the person who would write this about our soldiers just to see if maybe he is known for satire, or exagerations of any type. According to his homepage he is “America’s hardest-hitting editorial cartoonist for Universal Press Syndicate, is an award-winning commentator who also works as an illustrator, columnist, and radio commentator”. So I decided to look at his most recent column to see what an ‘award winning columnist’ might write about, and this is the garbage I see:
But hey, soldier, you volunteered. If not for you, there wouldn’t be a war in the first place.
Rall is apparantly so upset about the Iraq war he places the blame on the soldiers for volunteering to protect our country (and lets not forget that is exactly what they volunteered for).
Even after soldiers get killed, their parents promote the war so their dead kids won’t be lonely in heaven.
I am now starting to feel bad for this author because it is plainly obvious he has lost touch with reality and is no longer taking his medications. How else can you explain the belief that parents of deceased soldiers ‘promote war’ so that other soldiers will die as well?
